How do I join the NLGA Facebook group?

You'll need a Facebook account. Login to Facebook and search for "Northwest Ladies Golf Association". Select Northwest Ladies Golf Association and "join group". We'll verify your membership and you'll be a member! You can use the NLGA Facebook group to upload photos, sell golf equipment, organize rides to NLGA outings, post info on upcoming golf events and meet other new NLGA friends and possible golf partners. Note: The NLGA Facebook group is a closed group and open to NLGA members only. The NLGA Facebook group is for golf-related news and information for social networking purposes only. All official information for NLGA, such as sign-up for events should happen through the NLGA website. GHIN scores should be posted at ghin.com.

I just registered for an event and an unforeseen obligation came up. What's your cancellation policy?

We do not allow cancellation and refunds unless the entire event is canceled. If you must cancel an event, please let the event planner (i.e. League Chair, Outing Chair) know and she will do her best to find a substitute for you. If a substitute is found, that person will pay you directly. Of course you can always find your own substitute, just let the event planner know who will be playing in your place.

Where do I find a substitute if I can't play League?

From the GHIN website, enter your username and password. Use the Forgot Password feature if you need assistance. After logging in you will be greeted with your myGame home page. Access your club website by selecting the club from the eClubhouse drop down menu and selecting Go. Now you will be at the home page of the club website. Click on Events then the home page of Events will be displayed. Click on Learn More or the name of the event in blue. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see a list of Subs. If none of these ladies are available, any member of NLGA can substitute for you. They should reimburse you for night(s) they are substituting. They do not pay the course directly.

How can I find out who else has signed up for an event?

From the GHIN website, enter your username and password. Use the Forgot Password feature if you need assistance. After logging in you will be greeted with your myGame home page. Access your club website by selecting the club from the eClubhouse drop down menu and selecting Go. Now you will be at the home page of the club website. Click on Events then the home page of Events will be displayed. Click on Learn More or the name of the event in blue. To view all participants of the event click on View Event Roster. Each column can be sorted by clicking on the column title.

Where do I find the tee times?

Access your club website by selecting the club from the eClubhouse drop down menu and selecting Go. Now you will be at the home page of the club website. Click on Events then the home page of Events will be displayed. Click on Learn More or the name of the event in blue then scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll find a list of the tee times.

What is "My Game?"

"My Game" is where you can edit your profile, post a score, run personal reports or access your club website by selecting the club from the eClubhouse drop down menu and selecting Go.

Where do I send my check?

Click on the "About Us". All our contact information is there.

After I register for an event, will I receive a reminder to pay?

No. You will receive an email that you have registered, however registration is only a holding place until you pay. All events are filled on a first to pay basis. Once you register, either print the registration form on the event page or just send in a check with the event noted in the Memo line. You can lose your place if you don't pay promptly.

How do I register for an event?

From the GHIN website, enter your username and password. Use the Forgot Password feature if you need assistance. After logging in you will be greeted with your myGame home page. Access your club website by selecting the club from the eClubhouse drop down menu and selecting Go. Now you will be at the home page of the club website. To find out what events are going on at the club click on Events. To register for the event, click on "Register For Event". Enter required information and click Register. Confirmation that you have successfully registered for the event will be displayed.

I just posted a score but I made a mistake. How do I fix it?

Your golf club oversees your scoring record and Handicap Index® If you make a mistake, you need to contact a representative from your club to correct the error.
